As an educator for the past 14 years, I have worked to facilitate student engagement and change through ownership of Self. Now, as a certified Life Coach and Cognitive Behavioral Practitioner, I aim to provide sustainable tools and strategies to increase efficiency, strengthen executive functions, set goals, and manifest change in both children and adults. SELF-DEVELOPMENT COACHING

Here we can identify yours -- how to make underdeveloped skills prominent, work to solidify what is strong, and how to use these tools to get the results you want. During our sessions, we'll map your needs to come up with a program that works for you.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
As a certified Cognitive Behavioral Practitioner, I can help retrain habits and behaviors that may have you stuck "in the loop". My extensive experience working in many modalities of cognition lends creative strategies that are a unique fit to you. Let's find a plan that suits your goals.
PARENT TRAINING
With a background in Sociology and Psychology combined with extensive experience in education and with students with special needs, providing professional support to parents is my mission. Raising children is a challenge and navigating their specific and individual needs can be daunting. As parents, we strive to give our children everything they need and falling short can lead to feelings of guilt, hopelessness, isolation, and depression. You are not alone! Together we can work through these emotional hardships while also building an action plan to help you and your child find a balance.
SPECIAL SERVICES
Special services are a great opportunity for your child to adapt, grow, and learn in a way that makes them the most successful. However, navigating these services can be overwhelming. I can help you with that! These services include FIE reviews, understanding IEPs, advocacy, consultation, and much more!
